She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Burnett Vance and Ruth Gladys Milling; her husband Buddy Bell; and her daughter Annette Bell. She is survived by: her son Damon Vance Bell of Charlotte, NC.. She is also survived by her parents, her sisters, and her friends.
