He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Hagen and Francis Johnson Hagen. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hagen; and his children, Danell Napier, Robin Blackwell and Bob Brooker. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
