He is survived by: his wife Angela Ruth Stuart Goodman; his daughter Analee Goodman Adams; his grandchildren, Jakolbe Adams and Jacory Adams; his son Max Ray Goodman, III (Amy); his mother Marva Lee Strong Goodman; his sister Elizabeth Lee Goodman Barnhart; and his aunt Willough Dean Goodman Krinard. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
