He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Alton Waggener and Johnnie Perry Waggener; and his siblings, Dennis Waggener Jr. and Eva Marie Waggener. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Schmidt Waggener; his brother Charles K Waggener (Annette); and his nieces, Eva Price (Timmy), Jacey Petty (Ronny), Stephanie Waggener, Jordan Schmidt (Cas) and Casey Waggener.
