She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul B. Milam, Jr. and Viola Hobson Milam Ellis; her son Derek Crosley Case; and her brother Marty Lynn Milam. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Joyner; her sisters, Bonnie Jean Hunter and Sheree Milam Towles (Carlton); her stepmother Geneva Brown Milam; her stepchildren, Stacey Joyner Billups (Jay) and Shane Thomas Joyner (Chong); and her caregiver Debra Sasser. She is also survived by three nieces; three nephews; and several cousins.
