He is survived by: his wife Debbie Andrews Frazier; his children, Jennifer Frazier Warren (Shelby), Jonathan Frazier (Bethany) and Sarah Frazier Barlow (Wendell); his grandchildren, Dalton Jones, Taylor Warren, Axel Barlow, Ainsley Warren, Jon Tucker Frazier, Maybre Barlow, Walker Frazier and Lainey Warren; and his siblings, Dale Frazier (Gloria), Cynthia Thomas Boone (Steve), Brian Frazier (Karon) and Sharon Frazier Hannah (Danny). He is also survived by his father, mother, and in-laws.
