He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Baker and Elsie Cook Baker; and his brothers, Guy Baker Jr. and W. T. Baker. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Slade Baker; his children, Belinda May (Chip), Michael Jr. (Rachele) and Karen Baker (Teddy); his grandchildren, Brittany Adams (Daniel), Dallas and Landry Porter; his great grandchildren, Caitlin and Amelia Adams; and his sisters, Beatrice Myers and Juanita Hatten. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
