She was predeceased by: her parents, E. W. Matthews and Ruth Nelson Matthews; her husband Jerry Lowery; and her brothers, Bill Matthews and Charles Edward Matthews.

She is survived by: her children, Billy Hudson (Chris), Tim Lowery (Melanie), Mike Hudson, Steve Lowery and Lisa Christianson; her sister Ann Love (Paul); her grandchildren, Billy Hudson III, McKenzie Lowery, Layne Baker and Heather Tiblier; and her great grandchildren, Billy Gage Hudson, Raylan Earl Hudson and Cheyenne Kathleen Hudson.
