It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Roy Buckley of Brandon, Mississippi, born in Columbia, Mississippi, who passed away on July 21, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Melvin and Beatrice Lee Buckley. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Curtis Buckley; his children, Bethany Anderson Buckley Bertolet and Timothy Andrew Buckley; and his close friend Scooter. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
