She was predeceased by: her parent C. "George" of Washington; and her siblings, Donald Rutland and Janie Crump (Dan). She is survived by: her mother Merle of Washington; her husband Harold S. Bishop; her children, Samuel M. Cox and Sara LeeAnne Allen (Josh); her grandson Joshua Ray Allen, Jr.; and her sisters, Donna Matthews (Mark) and Lynda Pressley. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
