She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Cooper; and her parents, Inez Marler and John Marler. She is survived by: her children, David Cooper (LeAnn) of Hallsville and Holly Turner (Kelvin) of Brandon; her siblings, Diane Marler and David Marler (Midge) of West Bloomfield, MI; her grandchildren, Carson and Katie Turner; her nephew John Marler, III (Amanda); and her niece Megan Marler of San Francisco.
