He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Hardy Sr. and Essie Mae Amos; and his brothers, Fredrick Earl Toines and Amos Mayes. He is survived by: his children, Torrey Toines and Wendy Toines of Brookhaven, MS; and his siblings, Frank Toines Florence (Josephine), Earnest Toines Brandon (Mae), Amanda Jones Jackson, Nancy Thames Florence (Rob) and Patricia Easterling Florence (Billy). He is also survived by five grandchildren one great grand child a host of relatives and friends.
