She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Harvey and Lillian Wilson Harvey Steele; her son Robert Earl Harvey; and her brothers, Richard C. Dobson and Clarence Steele.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ruby Jean Harvey, Mary L. Wilson, Irene Banks, Minnie Myers (Derwin), Earnestine Steele, Jeanette Ware (David), Lillie Steele, Mattie Thompson, Penny Harvey, John Harvey Sr. (Gena), Freddie Wilson and Roosevelt Steele (Debra); and her sister-in-law Catherine Dobson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
