He is survived by: his wife Carol Bailey; his son Steven Moore Bailey; his grandchildren, Olivia Bailey and Wes Bailey; his great grandchild Ava Grace Lofton; and his sister Sue Nolley. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
