He was predeceased by: his father DeFrance McCormack; his wife Patsy Ruth Schmidt McCormack; and his children, Jeanna McCormack Jimenez, Joseph Michael McCormack Jr. and Jack Anthony McCormack.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey McCormack (Rhonda) and Judy Stagner (Robert); his grandsons, Anthony McCormack (Laura), Michael McCormack and Joseph Jenkins (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Travis Carlton, John Jenkins, Hayden Jenkins and Callie Jenkins; and his siblings, Rose Mary Harkins, Kay Foshee and Bill McCormack (DeDe).
