He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jean Bass Boyd; his sons, Jerome Boyd and Holland Boyd; his grandson Destin Boyd; his siblings, Lucille Davis (Alan), Peggy Mains (Tim), Pat Mathews (Charlie), W. C. Boyd and Willie Boyd (Karen); his siblings-in-law, Thomas Bass, Joey Carney and Sandra Boyd; and his canine Gracie Rae. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
