He was predeceased by: his father Robert William Stepp; and his brother William Donald Stepp. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Stepp; his daughters, Leian Surkin (Adam) and Bobbie Jo Haralson (Josh); his sister Patricia Sullivan (Jim); and his grandchildren, Shelby Surkin, Evelyn Surkin, Tristan Burns and Claire Burns (CB).
