He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wiley Fulgham and Lena Frances Buford Fulgham; his wife Sue Yarbrough Fulgham; and his siblings, Gene, Bob Fulgham, Margie Fulgham and Betty O'Brian.
He is survived by: his sister Birdie Harpole (Demar) of Brandon, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
