He was predeceased by: his father John W. Campbell; and his grandparents, William, Katie Carroll, John and Estelle Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Campbell; his sons, Jonathan of Austin and Christopher (Amiee) of Brandon, MS; his grandsons, Avery and Easton; his sisters, Robin Crawford (Doug) and Donna Wynne (Todd); and also Ella Harris. He is also survived by two nieces, two nephews, two great nephews, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
