He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Patrick, Jr. and Loyce Cade Patrick; and his wife Tommye "Tim" Lin Dearing. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Terri Jones, Tommy Dearing (Melissa), Tammy Cook, Christy McCollum (Stacy) and Kenny Dearing (Brandy); his grandchildren, Jessica Schwan (Jacob) and Jeremy Jones; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Skyla; his brother Steve Patrick (Linda); his nephews, Mike Patrick (Sabrena) and Stevie Patrick (Mary Carol); his sister Patrice Clack; and his nieces, Davida Lovelace (Chris) and Sha Hammons. He is also survived by several other great nieces and nephews, many friends.
