He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon A. Mitchell; his grandmother Shirley A. Horne; and his great-grandparent Annie B. Horne. He is survived by: his siblings, Tracy Mitchell, Sheryl Mitchell and Roy Mitchell; his nieces, Destinee Mitchell, Aleah Seals and Milan Mitchell; his aunts and uncles, Tina Horne, Mary Horne, Earnestine Mitchell, Rayford Horne and Willie Horne; and his cousin Johnsha Clark.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dean Memorial Funeral Home (745 MS-468, Brandon, MS 39042). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greer Chapel Um Church (925 Flowood Dr, Flowood, MS 39232).
