He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Randall and Edna Wilson Woodson; his pets, Sal and Roxy; his wife Ann Hummer Woodson; his sons, Dr. James Randall Woodson, III of Ridgeland, MS and Dr. Benjamin Warren Woodson (Anna) of Gainesville, GA; his sister Karen Woodson Hill (Lowell) of Macon; and his grandchildren, Ann Stuart, James Randall IV, Willam McLeod Woodson of Ridgeland, Anna Elizabeth, Benjamin Wade and Thomas Jackson Woodson of Gainesville, GA. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
