She was predeceased by: her parents, Nell Black and Jim Black; and her son Baby Johnny. She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Hulsman and Jason Hulsman; the father of her children John Hulsman; her daughter-in-law Jessica; her grandchildren, John Jason Hulsman II, Jude Christian Hulsman and Brittany Nicole Hammill; her great grandchildren, AnnaLea Nicole McWilliams and Michael Tripp McWilliams III; and her siblings, Charlene Foshee, Bo Black, Gary Black, Ann Davis and Bobbie Black.
