He was predeceased by: his former wife Vernell Smith; his parents, Clower Smith and Verna Smith; and his siblings, Margaret Smith (Jeff), Maude Elsie Sisco and Sidney Smith (Ruth).
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Smith; his children, Alisa Clarke (Robby), Deron Smith (Susan), Carlton Parker (Melanie), Carol Purzycki (Ed) and Lisa Smith (David); his sisters, Hazel Anderson and Virginia Sisco (Willie); his friend Hollis Sisco; his grandchildren, Craig, Crystal, Trey, Steven, Mia, Alex, Drew, Erin, Christian, Chase, Darby and Zach; and his great grandchildren, Hayes, Clayton, Creed, Bradley, Birdie, Kiptyn and Knox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
