He is survived by: his nephew Michael; his wife Cindy Young Barrett of Brandon; his daughter Jessica Spears of Brandon; his granddaughters, Allie Spears of Brandon and Fai Hauptman (Tahoma) of New York; his sister Jeannine Barrett of Brandon; his parents-in-law, Fred and Sharon Young of Pearl; his sister Sonya; and his brother-in-law Thomas Ezell of Brandon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
