He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his sons, Mike (Diana) of Brandon and Phil of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Joshua, Austin and Amber; and his great grandchildren, Madelynn, Sarah, London, Lane, Logan and Evelyn.
