He was predeceased by: his parents, Estus Cook and Mattie Cook; and his siblings, Larry Cook and Nora Dean Muse. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mullins Cook of Brandon, MS; his children, Kevin Cook (Jessica) of Brandon, MS and LeeAnn Cook of Brandon, MS; his grandchildren, Mason Puckett of Brandon, MS and Georgia Puckett of Brandon, MS; and his brother Danny Ray Cook (Rebecca) of White Oak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family members.
