He is survived by: his wife Mary Miller Rowell; his children, Gina Rowell Sullivan (Keith) and Clint Rowell (Julie); his grandchildren, Dalton Sullivan and Heather Sullivan; his siblings, Robert Michael Rowell, George Randall Rowell (Barbara) and Maribeth Rowell Mooney (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Inette Phillips, Jaunice Wilkinson, Norma Miller, Christi Miller and Jerry Miller (Debbie).
