He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Black Herrington; his grandchildren, Perry Herrington and Elizabeth Herrington; and his siblings, James "Bo" Black, Jr. (Josie), Charlene Foshee, Ann Davis (Mike) and Bobbie Black. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colonial Chapel of Bay Springs (22 E 4th Ave, Bay Springs, MS 39422). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
