He was predeceased by: his father Lucius Conger. He is survived by: his wife Frances Conger; his children, Faith Ridgway (William) and Jason Conger (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Daniel Ridgway, Austin Ridgway, Joshua Conger and Abigail Head; and his great grandchild Eve Millie Head. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
