Dillard (Brandon, Mississippi), born in Jackson, Mississippi, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie James Dillard, Sr. and Sallie Mae Thornton Dillard; his brother Jackie James Dillard, Jr.; his children, Carlos Littleton and Natasha Frazier; his significant other Dwanda "Poochie" Jones; and his uncle Reverend William Thornton.
He is survived by: his children, Tareka Cheruiyot (Robert) and Eddie Ricardo Littleton (Michelle); his grandchildren, Antonio and Reva Cheruiyot; his siblings, Bertha Ruth, Linda (Carlton), Patricia (Mike, Jr.), David, Henry, Brenda Faye, Pamela and Shirley (Lee); his nieces and nephews, Christina Denise, Tanya, April, Dwendolyn, Kimberly, Brittany (Victor), Justice, Mike III (Chineta), Titus (Brittany), Jacob (Deja) and Joel; and his aunts, Emma Lee Vance, Evelyn T. Young Marie (Hoy) and Connie Jackson (Louis). He is also survived by cousins, great nieces & nephews, other relatives, friends.
