He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Webster Pearson and Lillie Belle Mangrum Pearson; his children, Gregory Eugene Pearson (Lesa) and Donna Lynn Freeman (Jeff); his grandchildren, Gabe Freeman, Ivy Freeman, LillyAnn Pearson, Brandi Mead (Andy), Lannis Windham (Kelly), Tara Robison (Kyle), Stella Comer (John Ross), Bobby Wilkerson (Sarah), Hunter Wilkerson (Grace), Parker Wilkerson and Caroline Wilkerson; his wife Sarah Ames Pearson; and his stepchildren, Kathy Shivers (Woody), Joan Merritt (Bob) and Shawn Wilkerson (Bob). He was also cherished by nine great grandchildren.
