With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darla Knight of Brandon, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nell Mae Freemen and Allen Thomas Freeman; and her husband William Thomas Knight. She is survived by: her sons, William Knight, Jr. (Beverly) and Brett Knight (Lisa); her grandchildren, Chelsea Knight-Champlin, Sarah Capaldo, Kaylee Wheeler and Jeremy Parker; her great grandchildren, Thomas Knight, Kelsey Champlin, Oliver Champlin, Amelia Capaldo, Charli Parker and Wren Parker; and her siblings, Johnny Freeman and Barbara Kline.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home - Flowood (114 Burney Dr, Flowood, MS 39232). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
