She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie Ray Harper and Eva Mae Cox Harper of Central City, KY; her former husband Jimmie Wayne Rice of Bremen, KY; and her sister Kay Vincent of Graham, KY.. She is survived by: her husband Billy Emerson of Orlando, FL.; her children, Melanie Barnes (Thomas) and Dewayne Rice of Brandon, MS; her sister Denise Stringer of Central City, KY; and her grandson Christian Barnes of Brandon, MS.
