He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Charles Sullivan of Greenup, KY and Tonya Sullivan of Hilton Head, SC.. He is survived by: his daughters, Charlotte Sullivan of Flatwoods, KY and Theresa Sullivan of Greenup, KY; and his sister Glenda Simpson of Arkansas. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
