He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathryn Lee Shamburger; and his parents, Charles Henry Shamburger, Jr. and Verna Lee Ackerman Shamburger. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Agnew Shamburger; his sons, Charles H. "Sandy" Shamburger, IV (Stephanie) and Christopher Douglas Shamburger; his grandchildren, Anna Claire Shamburger, Charles "Charlie" Shamburger, Scott Hudson Shamburger, Tori Tullos and Alex Tullos; and his sister Susan Shamburger Trewolla (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Brandon First Methodist Church (205 Mary Ann Dr, Brandon, MS 39042). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:45 PM.
