He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moak and Frances Moak; his sister Mary Frances DeCoux (Dorothy); and his great grandchild Nathan Holcomb. He is survived by: his children, John Moak (Ellen) of Dallas, TX and Charlotte Pilgrim (Steve) of Montgomery, TX.; his grandchildren, Caitlin Oldenburg (Jonathan), Emily Ferril (Michael), Kyle Moak (Mackenzie), Tyler Pilgrim (Julie) and Annie Holcomb (Brady); his nephew George DeCoux; and his niece Elizabeth DeCoux.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Brandon Presbyterian Church or a charity of your choice.
