He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Humphrey Smith (Bill Smith) and Noel William Lott. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Smith; his daughters, Mallory Gurley, Madisson Gurley, Courtney Smith, Candace Crockett, Christy Thornton and Danielle Shaeffer; his friend Melody Smith; and his pets, Lucy and Charlie. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, two sisters; two brothers.
