We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2023, at the age of 88, Arthur Paul Bullard in Brandon, Mississippi, born in Pittsboro, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, E. Q. Bullard and Vesta Bullard; his wife Lavinia Way Bullard; his brother Gayle Bullard; his sister-in-law Reda Bullard; his daughter Teresa; his son-in-law Steve Davis; his daughter Amy Turner; his grandchildren, Taylor Davis Bittner (Davis Bittner) of Dallas, Layton Turner and Hayden Turner of Brandon; and his siblings, Elen Spratlin (E. J. Spratlin) of Nashville, Hilda Hill (Bob Hill) of Merigold and Fred Bullard (Debbie) of New Albany. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brandon Baptist Church or Gateway Rescue Mission.
