He is survived by: his significant other Polly Weaver; his son Aaron Collins (Jackie); his stepchildren, John Weaver (Jamie), Paul Weaver and Rhonda (David); and his grandchildren, Julia (Payton), Daniel Collins, Kyndall, Rowdy, Kiera, Faith Weaver, Will Russell and Nicole Boone (Myra Helen Collins).
