She was predeceased by: her parents, James Luther Austin and Wilhena Whittom Austin; her sisters, Jenny Austin Anderson and Rita Austin Kilpatrick (Eugene); and her daughter Kimberly Diane Austin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa (Johnny Gardner, Sr.) of Brandon and Heather (Mat Moller) of Covington, LA; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Sellers, William Wolfe, Faith (Andrew Minga), Johnny Gardner, Jr., Anthony Gardner, Ari Moller, Hwin Moller, Julia Moller, Ana Moller and Lydia Moller. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
