She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hodge and Fronnie Reed Hodge; and her husband Charles Henry Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Amber Faye Wellman (Alex), Samantha Schmidt (Anthony) and Charles Ballard; her sisters, Barbara Scott (Mike) and June Cown; and her grandson Bryce Alexander Wellman.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ott & Lee Funeral Homes- Brandon (1360 W Government St, Brandon, MS 39042).
