He was predeceased by: his son Tyler Allen Hinson; his parents, Albert Elwood Hinson, II and Betty Anne Burkley Hinson; his siblings, Johnny Lovett, Charlie Lovett, Murray Lovett and Christina Voloshen; and his birth mother Gloria May Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly Ann Johnson Hinson; his children, Tara Jane Elizabeth Howell, Stephen Douglas Hinson and Hunter Nicholas Hinson; his aunt Sarah Sheppard (William); his brother Sean Michael Hinson; and his stepfather Jim Fields.
