He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Allen and Lidia White Allen; his wife Joan Murff Allen; and his brother William Henry Allen Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Beverly Elizabeth Allen Sharpe (Thomas) and Bret Allen (Kay); his brother Gerald Allen; and his grandchildren, Eric Bramlett, Bridger Allen, Jesse Carkhuff and Wyatt Allen. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
