He is survived by: his parents, William Lee Cummins and Billie Darlene Butts Cummins; his nephew Eli Prestage; his aunt Eva Cummins of Bartlett, TN; his uncles, Larry Cummins (Diane) of Batesville, MS and Thomas Lee Butts of Lake Charles, LA; his cousins, Dawn, Brandy Cummins of Bartlett, TN, Angie, Liz, Cynthia, Jeremy, Chris Cummins and Adam Cummins; and his aunts, Jessica B. Daniels, Susie Young and Donna Alford.
