He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Jackson Allen, Sr. and Lorraine Johnson Allen; and his brother Jim Allen. He is survived by: his wife Joy Love Allen; his children, Douglas Jackson Allen, III (Jenna) of Oxford and Johnnie Allen of Greenville; and his stepdaughters, Shay Muns Tatum (Rob) of Hattiesburg and Carrie Muns Williams (Richard) of Boyle. He is also survived by one grandchild; seven step-grandchildren; two sisters; and one brother.
