She is survived by: her son Gerald Self (Dorothy); her siblings, Earl Franks (Renea) and Connie Burshfield; her grandchildren, Amanda Self, Brittany Adams (William), Gerald Ray Self (Kayla) and Devin Lee; and her great grandchildren, Chloe Cartwright, Kerrigan Cartwright, Braden Cartwright, Camden Self, Cayden Self and Allie Self.
