He was predeceased by: his parents, William Houston and Thinney Pannell Gross; his wife Lona Joyce Morgan Gross; and his daughter-in-law Tracie Gross. He is survived by: his sons, Billy Gross, Jr. of Booneville, MS and Jerry Gross (Cricket) of Booneville, MS; and his grandchildren, Tanya Kennedy (Keven) of Ripley, MS, Jennifer Waldon (Donald) of Booneville, MS, Jeff Staggs (Amy) of Ripley, MS, Joey Gross (Karen) of Booneville, MS and Leslie Gross of Amory, MS. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
