He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Spencer and Bessie Copeland Spencer; his wife Dorothy Spencer; his siblings, J. W. Reese, Hester Reese, Curtis Reese, Claude Spencer, Gene Spencer, Martha Counce, Jettie Nicholson, Nora Spencer and Mary Nell Allred; and his son-in-law Coe Moore.
He is survived by: his daughter Ruby Moore; his grandchildren, Tracey Owen (Eddie), Corey Moore and Charlie Moore; his great grandchildren, Jonna Lumpkin (Daniel), Jon Eddy Denton, Kaydee Owen and Courtney Moore; and his great great grandchildren, Emi Mae Lumpkin and Judah Lumpkin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McMillan Funeral Home (702 W College St, Booneville, MS 38829). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
