He is survived by: his wife Veda Petty of Booneville; his daughters, Tabitha Smith (David) of Booneville, Cherish Prater (Justin) of Booneville and Angel King (Matt) of Corinth; and his sister Carolyn Stevens (Kenneth) of Booneville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
